  8. Leave until cool
  9. Making the Italian meringue
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  12. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 8
  16. Add icing sugar to the kCook bowl while blending
  17. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  19. Reserve in a cool place
  20. Making the sponge cake
  21. Clean kCook bowl
  22. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  23. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  24. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  25. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  26. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 8
  27. Transfer egg whites to large glass bowl then set aside
  28. Clean kCook bowl
  29. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  30. Add all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  31. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  32. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  33. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 8
  34. Transfer egg whites to kCook bowl gently
  35. Mix with filler cap fitted until combined - 2 min, speed 4
  36. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  37. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking sheet
  38. Spread with a spatula to a thickness of about 3 cm
  39. Bake - 15 min, 160°C
  40. Let cool
  41. Making the strawberry mousse
  42. Clean kCook bowl
  43. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  44. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  45. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  46. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  47. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 8
  48. Add 3 spoonfuls of the reserved strawberry coulis to the egg whites
  49. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 3
  50. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  51. Chill in fridge - 3 hr
  52. Assembling the cake
  53. Cut the sponge cake into three rectangles the size of the loaf pan
  54. Place the first rectangle in the bottom of the loaf pan
  55. Pour content of small bowl into loaf pan
  56. Spread with half of the strawberry mousse
  57. Scatter half the strawberries over the sponge
  58. Spread with half of the meringue
  59. Add the second rectangle of the sponge cake on top of the meringue layer
  60. Spread the rest of the strawberry mousse
  61. Spread the rest of the meringue
  62. Place the third rectangle of the sponge cake on top
  63. Cover with plastic wrap
  64. Chill in fridge - 4 hr
  65. Turn out
  66. Decorate as desired with left over strawberries chunks
  67. Serve
