Step preview

  1. Add potato and water to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil until cooked through - approx 30 min, medium-high heat
  3. Drain content of large saucepan into colander
  4. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  5. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  6. Transfer content of colander to Food processor attachment
  7. Add butter and parmesan cheese to the Food processor attachment
  8. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  9. Pulse until combined
  10. Add salt & pepper, ground nutmeg and milk to the Food processor attachment
  11. Pulse until smooth
  12. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to large saucepan
  13. Heat - approx 5 min, low heat
  14. Serve
