Step preview

  1. Attach Dough Tool
  2. Add water, skimmed milk, extra virgin olive oil, honey, manitoba flour and italian 00 flour to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  4. Prove with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 2
  5. Then add manitoba flour and italian 00 flour to the EasyWarm Bowl
  6. Knead with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  7. Add salt to the EasyWarm Bowl while machine is running
  8. Remove Dough Tool
  9. Prove with splashguard fitted - 2 hr, 2
  10. Grease a clean loaf pan then set aside
  11. Grease your hands with a little oil
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Shape into a rectangle
  14. Transfer shaped dough to loaf pan
  15. Cover with plastic wrap
  16. Prove until doubled in size - approx 1 hr
  17. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  18. Remove the plastic wrap from the dough
  19. Bake - 25 min, 200°C
  20. Remove from oven
  21. Turn out bread onto cutting board
  22. Brush with water
  23. Cover immediately with plastic wrap
  24. Once cold, remove the plastic wrap
  25. Serve
