Step preview

  1. Attach Dough Tool
  2. Add italian 00 flour, icing sugar, egg, butter and lemon to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - Speed Min
  4. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  5. Knead slightly
  6. Roll into a rectangle
  7. Cover with plastic wrap
  8. Chill overnight in fridge
  9. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  10. Transfer dough to work surface
  11. Cover with parchment paper
  12. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  13. Cut out
  14. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  15. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  16. Chill in fridge - 20 min
  17. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  18. Remove the tray from the fridge
  19. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  20. Remove from oven and let cool
  21. Add icing sugar and water to a clean small bowl
  22. Mix with tablespoon until smooth
  23. Add food coloring to the small bowl
  24. Mix with tablespoon until smooth
  25. Make a cone with some parchment paper
  26. Pour the icing in to the cone
  27. Decorate the biscuits as desired
  28. Serve
