  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add vegetable stock, fresh parsley, fresh oregano, broccoli and frozen peas to the kCook bowl

  8. Slice onion and potato into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  10. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 17 min, 98°C, speed 1
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  14. Season to taste
  15. Serve
  16. Garnish with dill and double cream to taste
