Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Grease and flour a clean bundt pan then set aside
  3. Attach the K-Beater
  4. Add margarine, caster sugar and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted until light and fluffy then scrape bowl - 1 min, Speed 4
  7. Add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl slowly while machine is running
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 20 sec, Speed 3
  9. Then add egg liqueur, all purpose flour and baking powder to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 20 sec, Speed 3
  11. Then add chocolate sprinkles to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 20 sec, Speed 1
  13. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to bundt pan
  14. Bake - 50 min, 175°C
  15. Remove from oven and let cool
  16. Serve
