Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Prepare a clean loaf pan
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Stir with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 9
  11. Stir with filler cap removed and continue - 1 min, speed 6
  12. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl gradually
  13. Add baking powder to the kCook bowl
  14. Stir with filler cap removed and continue - 1 min, speed 6
  15. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  16. Stir with filler cap removed and continue - 30 sec, speed 6
  17. Add milk to the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  18. Stir with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Grate gruyère cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Add sliced ham and green olives to the kCook bowl
  23. Stir with filler cap fitted until combined - 30 sec, speed 6
  24. Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan
  25. Bake until skewer tests clean - 45 min, 180°C
  26. Let cool - approx 10 min
  27. Serve
