Step preview

  1. Add fresh yeast, all purpose flour and water to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  3. Let rest - 30 min
  4. Attach the Dough Tool
  5. Add butter, egg, runny honey, all purpose flour, orange, caster sugar and lemon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  8. Knead with splashguard fitted - 7 min, Speed 1
  9. Remove the Dough Tool
  10. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 30°C, Speed OFF
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Roll into a ball
  13. Roll out into a circle
  14. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  15. Make a hole in the centre with a cookie cutter
  16. Cover with kitchen towel
  17. Prove - 40 min
  18. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  19. Remove the kitchen towel from the tray
  20. Brush with milk
  21. Bake - 20 min, 160°C
  22. Remove from oven and let cool
  23. Serve
