Focaccia is a super airy flatbread; in this case with a colourful veggies and herbs topping. It is great looking edible masterpiece. Focaccia Garden is perfect to bring to a garden party, and a wonderful gift for Mother’s or Father’s Day. Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add fresh yeast, water and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 30°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add caster sugar, all purpose flour, salt and olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Knead with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 1
  7. Remove the dough from the Cooking Chef XL bowl bowl
  8. Lightly grease the Cooking Chef XL bowl
  9. Return the dough to the Cooking Chef XL bowl
  10. Remove the Dough Tool
  11. Prove with splashguard fitted until doubled in size - 1 hr, 30°C, Speed OFF
  12. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  13. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  14. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  15. Stretch the dough gently into your desired shape
  16. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  17. Decorate with red onion, fresh chives, fresh rosemary, radish, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, carrot, olives, black cumin seed, sesame seeds, black peppercorns and edible flowers
  18. Brush with olive oil
  19. Bake until light golden - 30 min, 180°C
  20. Remove from oven
  21. Serve
