Step preview

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, caster sugar, salt and olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 165°C, Stir 2
  5. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to medium bowl
  6. Add pink peppercorns and lemon to the medium bowl
  7. Stir with tablespoon until combined then set aside
  8. Add white asparagus to a clean cutting board
  9. Trim and cut diagonally into 5-6cm pieces
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Attach the Stir Tool
  12. Add onion, garlic clove, fresh rosemary, gemelli, vegetable stock, olive oil, salt, sugar, water and vegetable whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Transfer content of cutting board to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Cook with splashguard fitted - 14 min, 150°C, Stir 3
  15. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to large serving bowl
  16. Garnish with fresh chives and fresh basil leaves
  17. Garnish with toasted seeds
  18. Serve
