Super easy cereal snacks with no added sugar: these tiny cereal bars are super easy and quick to make. You will need to chop various nuts or almonds together with dried fruits such as apricots, dates, cranberries or apples. Finally, you add oats, some orange and lemon juice and amaranth. If you like you may also add cocoa and peanut butter for a chocolatey note. Pressed between two wafers and stored in an airtight container, the snacks last in the fridge for about 10 days.
