Bazlama is a very fluffy and light Turkish quick flatbread. It is also very easy to make because the soft yeast dough already provides the fluffiness. You don’t need an oven as the flatbreads are baked in the frying pan. Bazlama is also similar to Indian naan bread, but as I said, it is a bit fluffier and airier. You can enjoy it sweet or savoury for breakfast. Quickie breads great for breakfast. You can also prepare the dough the night before (with half the amount of yeast), refrigerate, covered, overnight and bake the breads the next morning, so you have the perfect Sunday bread or rolls.
