Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Attach the Whisk
  3. Add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 3
  6. Remove the bowl from the machine
  7. Add quark cheese, apple, salt and baking powder to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Fold gently until combined
  9. Add walnuts and oats to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Fold gently until combined
  11. Grease and flour a clean loaf pan
  12. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to loaf pan
  13. Brush with water
  14. Sprinkle with mixed seeds and oats
  15. Bake - 50 min, 180°C
  16. Remove from oven and let cool
  17. Serve
