Homemade German Gnocchi (Schupfnudeln). Sautéed with garlic, they taste even better. These are perfect for freezing to use later. You can freeze them before cooking: To prevent them from sticking to each other, place them into the freezer spaced apart. Once the surface is frozen you can fill them into plastic bags.   4. Steam - 20 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  5. Transfer content of Steaming basket to large mixing bowl then set aside
  6. Empty content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into sink
  7. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Add potato to the Steaming basket
  9. Steam - 20 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  10. Remove the steaming basket and set aside
  11. Empty content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into sink
  12. Attach the Creaming Beater
  13. Transfer content of Steaming basket to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  16. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 60°C, Speed Min
  17. Let cool completely
  18. Add ground nutmeg, salt and durum wheat flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed Min
  20. Remove the bowl from the machine
  21. Add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  22. Mix until well combined
  23. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  24. Divide into 4 equal pieces
  25. Roll into logs until 1 cm thick
  26. Cut into pieces
  27. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  28. Heat until simmering - medium heat
  29. Cook until floating
  30. Fry in garlic if you wish
  31. Serve
