A great classic that you can't get enough of. Serve with a salad. For best result, use voatsiperifery pepper and Reine de Dijon mustard with Provence herbs. Also use various coloured cherry tomatoes: red, black, yellow... User-generated recipes have not been tested by Kenwood.

Step preview

  1. Attach the K-Beater
  2. Add all purpose flour, parmesan cheese, Voatsiperifery pepper and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix - 1 min, Speed 1
  5. Then add milk, water and egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix - 2 min, Speed 1
  7. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to lightly floured surface
  8. Form into a ball
  9. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  10. Grease a clean square tart tin
  11. Transfer dough to square tart tin
  12. Set aside in a cool place while you prepare the filling
  13. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  14. Spread with dijon mustard
  15. Add cherry tomatoes to the square tart tin
  16. Sprinkle with fresh thyme
  17. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  18. Serve
  19. Garnish with fresh herbs
