An easy recipe despite the fact that forming the gyosas can be a little tricky. To be made with the family for more conviviality. The gyosas are addictive, what a treat! For best results, use the green part of the spring onion and some rapadura sugar instead of brown sugar. This recipe will give you about 25 to 30 gyosas. You can find the gyosa sheets from Asian shops. User-generated recipes have not been tested by Kenwood.
