Step preview

  1. Attach the K-Beater
  2. Add all purpose flour, butter, milk and egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 2
  5. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to lightly floured surface
  6. Form into a ball
  7. Roll until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  8. Grease a clean pie dish
  9. Transfer dough to pie dish then set aside
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Attach the K-Beater
  12. Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Heat - 2 min, 140°C
  14. Then add chicken breast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook - 5 min, 140°C, Stir 3
  16. Add comté cheese to the pie dish
  17. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to pie dish
  18. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  19. Attach the Whisk
  20. Add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 4
  22. Then add whole milk, whipping cream, fresh chives and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  23. Mix with splashguard fitted until well combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  24. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to pie dish
  25. Sprinkle with comté cheese
  26. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 200°C
  27. Serve
