Step preview

  1. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  2. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  3. Add garlic clove, yellow onion and leek to the frying pan
  4. Fry in frying pan - 3 min, medium-high heat
  5. Add dry white wine to the frying pan
  6. Fry in frying pan until the onions are caramelized
  7. Add zucchini, carrot, button mushroom, green olives and water to the frying pan
  8. Cover frying pan with a lid
  9. Cook in frying pan - 20 min, medium heat
  10. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Heat - 1 min, 100°C
  15. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix - 3 min, 100°C, speed 1
  17. Then add whipping cream, fresh thyme, bay leaves, rosemary and fish stock to the kCook bowl
  18. Heat - 2 min, 100°C, speed 1
  19. Transfer content of frying pan to kCook bowl
  20. Add cod fillet to the kCook bowl
  21. Remove the whisk from the food processor
  22. Cook - 15 min, 100°C
  23. To know if your fish is cooked, it must be white and easily detachable when you crush it with a fork
  24. Serve
