Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Add puff pastry to a clean lightly floured surface
  4. Cut the puff pastry in narrow strips and wrap around baking cones
  5. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  6. Brush with egg
  7. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  8. Remove from oven and let cool
  9. Attach the Whisk
  10. Add egg white and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  12. Heat with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 65°C, Speed Min
  13. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed Max
  14. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to piping bag
  15. Remove the metal cones carefully from the baked pastry
  16. Fill each puff pastry with the mixture from the piping bag
  17. Serve
