  1. Pre-heat oven - 140°C
  2. Add hazelnuts to a clean baking tray
  3. Bake until toasted - 35 min, 140°C
  4. Remove from oven and let cool

  7. Add icing sugar to the Food processor attachment
  8. Transfer nuts to Food processor attachment
  9. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  10. Blend until smooth
  11. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to Cooking Chef XL Bowl then set aside
  12. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  13. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  14. Add chocolate to the Food processor attachment
  15. Pulse until fine
  16. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Attach the Creaming Beater
  18. Add butter and milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  20. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 50°C, Speed 2
  21. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to jar
  22. Chill in fridge until needed
  23. Use
