Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add milk, fresh yeast and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 37°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add butter, egg, all purpose flour and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Knead with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  7. Let rest - 30 min
  8. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to lightly floured surface
  9. Divide into pieces
  10. Let rest - 10 min
  11. Flatten each piece of dough slightly
  12. Fill with plum butter
  13. Seal tightly
  14. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  15. Let rest - 10 min
  16. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Transfer shaped dough to Steaming basket
  18. Attach the steaming basket
  19. Steam - 20 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  20. Transfer dumplings to serving plate
  21. Drizzle with butter
  22. Sprinkle with poppy seeds
  23. Serve warm
