Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add milk, sugar and fresh yeast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 37°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add all purpose flour, vanilla extract, butter, egg yolk and egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Knead with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  7. Prove with splashguard fitted - 20 min, 37°C, Speed OFF
  8. Knead with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  9. Remove the Dough Tool
  10. Prove with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 37°C, Speed OFF
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Divide into 12 equal pieces
  13. Flatten each piece of dough slightly
  14. Fill with jam
  15. Seal tightly
  16. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  17. Let rest - 10 min
  18. Transfer shaped dough to Steaming basket
  19. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Steam with splashguard fitted - 40 min, 100°C, Speed OFF
  21. Transfer rolls to baking tray
  22. Grill until golden brown - approx 3 min
  23. Serve
