Step preview

  1. Attach the Creaming Beater
  2. Add milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 20 min, 80°C, Speed 3
  5. Let cool
  6. Pre-heat oven - 45°C
  7. Add water to a clean casserole dish
  8. Place the casserole dish into the oven
  9. Add natural yogurt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Attach the Whisk
  11. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 3
  12. Spoon content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into 4 jars
  13. Remove the casserole dish from the oven
  14. Place the jars into the warm water
  15. Add the lid to the casserole dish
  16. Heat oven - 8 hr, 45°C
  17. Remove from oven
  18. Place lids on the individual jars
  19. Chill in fridge - 4 hr
  20. Serve
