Step preview

  1. Add frozen raspberries, oats, vanilla protein powder , pitted dates and salt to the Glass thermoresist blender
  2. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  3. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  4. Blend until smooth - approx 2 min
  5. Transfer content of Glass thermoresist blender to medium bowl
  6. Add ground almonds to a clean plate
  7. Using a teaspoon, spoon a mixture into your hands and roll into a ball
  8. Roll the ball into your coating of choice
  9. Transfer balls to baking tray
  10. Repeat with the rest
  11. Chill in fridge - approx 15 min
  12. Serve
