A great recipe to use as a milk substitute with natural ingredients. It can also be used as an alternative in baking. If you are in a hurry, you can use almond flour if you run out of milk on a Sunday. Fresh almond milk is much cheaper than a comparable industrial product, and the composition of the ingredients is more transparent. The pomace (almond paste) that is left over after mixing can be used as an excellent ingredient in baking or muesli, so all the ingredients are used 100% and there is no food waste.
