  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add red lentils, split peas, garlic clove, ground cumin, ground turmeric, chili powder and salt to the kCook bowl

  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  11. Then add cilantro to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  14. Grate carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  17. Transfer content of kCook bowl to bowl
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  20. Add oil to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  23. Heat with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 180°C
  24. Using a tbsp, form balls from the lentil mixture
  25. Spoon the balls carefully into the oil
  26. Cook with filler cap fitted until golden brown - approx 4 min, 180°C
  27. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil
  28. Repeat with the rest
  29. Serve
