Step preview

  1. Add chicken breast, salt & pepper, soy sauce and sugar to a clean bowl
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Marinate in fridge - 15 min
  4. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip

  7. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  8. Transfer chicken to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  10. Then add shallot and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  12. Then add red bell pepper, celery stalk, soy sauce and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted - 30 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  14. Serve
