Step preview

  1. Attach the K-Beater
  2. Add wholemeal spelt flour, buckwheat flour, butter, stevia, vanilla extract and baking powder to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
  5. Then add milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 1
  7. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  8. Transfer dough to work surface
  9. Wrap with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  11. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  12. Remove the dough from the fridge
  13. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  14. Reserve one piece and continue
  15. Roll out thinly
  16. Transfer shaped dough to round pan
  17. Line until covered
  18. Add blueberry jam to the round pan
  19. Spread until covered
  20. Retrieve the other half of dough
  21. Break it into pieces to make a crumble and sprinkle over the jam
  22. Bake - 25 min, 170°C
  23. Remove from oven and let cool
  24. Serve
