Caramelised white chocolate is a great way to give ordinary chocolate new qualities: caramel colour, taste and aroma. It’s also a good opportunity to save money by not buying store a one but making it in your kitchen with the help of Cooking Chef. Due to the gradual heating of the chocolate, the sugar contained in it is caramelised. As a result, you get a luxurious product - a very tasty, caramelised chocolate which can be eaten in this way or used in desserts. It can be tempered, and you can make it into a chocolate-glazed candies, fill with chocolate bars, use it in ganache, make creams, use in fillings and much more.
