  6. Cook until translucent - 3 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add chicken breast and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook - 2 min, 140°C, Speed 1
  9. Then add chestnut mushrooms and all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook - 4 min, 140°C, Stir 3
  11. Then add marsala, dried thyme, dried basil and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Cook until fragrant - 1 min 30 sec, 160°C, Stir 3
  13. Then add crème fraîche, chicken stock, wholegrain mustard and parmesan cheese to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Cook until thickened - 5 min, 98°C, Stir 1
  15. Serve
