Step preview

  1. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  2. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  3. Add cilantro, fresh parsley, garlic clove, preserved lemon, olive oil, salt, paprika, ground cumin and cayenne pepper to the Food processor attachment
  4. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  5. Blitz until blended
  6. Add chicken breast to a clean bowl
  7. Pour content of Food processor attachment into bowl then set aside
  8. Attach the Stir Tool
  9. Add vegetable stock and lemon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted until hot - 2 min, 105°C, Stir 1
  12. Then add couscous, fresh parsley and cilantro to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted until liquid has evaporated - 5 min, Stir 4
  14. Transfer couscous to large serving bowl then set aside
  15. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  16. Attach the Stir Tool
  17. Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 140°C, Stir 1
  19. Transfer chicken to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 10 min, 140°C, Stir 1
  21. Serve
