Step preview

  1. Grease and flour a clean loaf pan
  2. Sieve together the flour and baking powder in a medium bowl, set aside
  3. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  4. Add baby spinach to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 3
  7. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to colander
  8. Transfer content of colander to cutting board
  9. Roughly chop the cooked spinach
  10. Transfer content of cutting board to medium bowl then set aside
  11. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  12. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  13. Attach the K-Beater
  14. Add egg, olive oil and milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 4
  16. Then add all purpose flour and baking powder to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 2
  18. Then add salt & pepper and goat cheese to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 sec, Speed 1
  20. Transfer content of medium bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 sec, Speed 1
  22. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to loaf pan
  23. Bake until golden brown - 50 min, 180°C
  24. Serve
