Step preview

  1. Add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  2. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 107°C, Speed OFF
  4. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon
  5. Set aside and let cool
  6. Empty content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into sink
  7. Add water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Add potato and carrot to the Steaming basket
  9. Attach the steaming basket
  10. Steam - 14 min, 150°C, Speed OFF
  11. Remove the steaming basket
  12. Set aside and let cool
  13. Add pickled cucumber, mortadella and canned peas to a clean large serving bowl
  14. Peel the eggs, cut into cubes and add to the serving bowl
  15. Transfer vegetables to large serving bowl
  16. Add salt and mayonnaise to the large serving bowl
  17. Mix until well combined
  18. Serve
