  1. Pre-heat oven - 70°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Attach Whisk
  4. Add aquafaba to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Whisk with splashguard fitted until light and fluffy - approx 2 min, Speed Max
  6. Add lemon juice, cream of tartar and vanilla extract to the EasyWarm Bowl while machine is running
  7. Whisk with splashguard fitted - approx 1 min, Speed Max
  8. Add icing sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl while machine is running
  9. Whisk with splashguard fitted - approx 2 min, Speed Max
  10. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to piping bag
  11. Pipe small dots of meringue onto the line baking tray
  12. Bake until crispy - 1 hr 30 min, 70°C
  13. Remove from oven and let cool
  14. Store the meringues in an airtight container to keep dry
  15. Serve
