Step preview

  1. Attach Dough Tool
  2. Add water, active dried yeast and sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Let rest - 5 min
  4. Add bread flour, salt and olive oil to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Knead with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed 1
  6. Remove Dough Tool
  7. Prove with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 2
  8. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  9. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Divide into 4 equal pieces
  12. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  13. Press two fingers down into the top of the dough to make little dips
  14. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  15. Add olive oil and za'atar to a clean medium bowl
  16. Mix with teaspoon until well combined
  17. Generously spoon the paste onto each piece of dough
  18. Spread until covered
  19. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  20. Remove from oven
  21. Serve
  22. Garnish with lemon and fresh parsley
