Step preview

  1. Add all purpose flour and baking soda to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix briefly until combined
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar, salt, peanut butter, caster sugar, egg and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix until combined - approx 30 sec, Speed 3
  6. Transfer dry ingredients to Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix until just combined - approx 20 sec, Speed 3
  8. Divide into halves
  9. Wrap with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  11. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  12. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  13. Roll into balls
  14. Place content of Kenwood Bowl on 2 baking sheets
  15. Flatten
  16. Bake until golden brown - 13 min, 160°C
  17. Transfer onto cooling rack
  18. Serve
