Deliciously gooey blondies made with white chocolate and speculoos spread. If you like, you can make these extra indulgent by adding a dark chocolate drizzle.

Step preview

  1. Attach Creaming beater
  2. Add unsalted butter and white chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 15 min, 7, Stir 1
  4. Remove the bowl from the machine and set aside
  5. Attach Whisk
  6. Add light brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract and caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until light and fluffy - 2 min, Speed Max
  8. Attach K Beater
  9. Transfer chocolate to Kenwood Bowl
  10. Add all purpose flour and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted until just combined - 30 sec, Speed 1
  12. Then add white chocolate chips to the Kenwood Bowl
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted until just combined - 10 sec, Speed Min
  14. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to square tart tin
  15. Spread mixture evenly
  16. Spoon speculoos spread into the square tart tin
  17. Lightly swirl the two mixtures using a spoon
  18. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 180°C
  19. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin
  20. Serve
