Step preview

  1. Sterilize some jars and put aside
  2. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  3. Add plum and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  5. Cook until well combined and let cool - 8 min, 115°C, Speed 1
  6. Add pectin and sugar to a clean medium bowl
  7. Mix with tablespoon until combined then set aside
  8. Transfer half of content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to Glass thermoresist blender
  9. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  10. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  11. Blend until smooth
  12. Transfer content of Glass thermoresist blender to large mixing bowl then set aside
  13. Transfer the rest of content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to Glass thermoresist blender
  14. Reassemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  15. Blend until smooth
  16. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  17. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  18. Transfer content of Glass thermoresist blender to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Transfer content of medium bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Add rum, mixed spice, ground cinnamon and lemon juice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  22. Cook - 4 min, 115°C, Speed 1
  23. Serve
