Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add onion, carrot, zucchini and leek to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 5 sec, speed 12
  6. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula
  7. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 110°C, speed 3
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  12. Add cornflour and 2% milk to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Heat with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 50°C, speed 5
  16. Then add 2% milk, ground nutmeg, salt, black pepper and chicken stock cube to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 90°C, speed 6
  18. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  19. Transfer one third of vegetables to gratin dish
  20. Transfer one third of sauce to gratin dish
  21. Add pasta sheets to the gratin dish
  22. Repeat the operation twice and finish with a layer of bechamel
  23. Scatter gruyère cheese over the gratin dish
  24. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  25. Serve
