Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach Spiral Dough Tool
  3. Add water, active dried yeast, bread flour and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until dough forms - 8 min, Speed 2
  6. Remove the bowl from the machine
  7. Cover with kitchen towel
  8. Prove - 1 hr
  9. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  12. Gently pat out into circles about 25 cm across
  13. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  14. Spread with tomato paste
  15. Sprinkle with red onion
  16. Sprinkle with feta cheese
  17. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  18. Remove from oven
  19. Serve
