  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment

  6. Slice onion, leek and potato into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment

  8. Add garlic clove and vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 94°C, speed 3
  11. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 94°C, speed 3
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted until smooth - 2 min, speed 12
  14. Ladle soup into 6 large serving bowls
  15. Garnish with chorizo and fresh parsley
  16. Serve
