  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl

  6. Slice onion and golden beet into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add vegetable stock, coconut cream, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, canned chickpeas, ginger purée and fresh chili to the kCook bowl
  9. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  10. Season with salt & pepper
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 30 min, 100°C, speed 1
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  14. Serve
  15. Garnish with cilantro, flaked almonds and double cream
