Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Heat with filler cap fitted - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice jalapeño pepper, yellow bell pepper and red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add garlic clove, dried oregano and ground cumin to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 140°C, speed 2
  13. Then add dried black beans to the kCook bowl
  14. Add chicken stock to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap fitted - 45 min, 98°C, speed 3
  16. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  17. Season to taste
  18. Serve
  19. Garnish with sour cream to taste
  20. Sprinkle with cilantro to taste
