Creamy soup topped with a touch of fresh cream and chestnuts. Serve with farmhouse bread or croutons.The biggest challenge with this dish is peeling the pumpkins. We have used a bouquet garni in the recipe which will need removing from the food just before blending, but you can also use a bouquet garni cube, to crumble directly in the water.
