  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add apple, caster sugar and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 104°C, speed 1
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted until smooth - 20 sec, speed 10
  7. Transfer purée to medium bowl then set aside
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  10. Add caster sugar, egg yolk and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  13. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  14. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
  15. Then add milk and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 90°C, speed 4
  17. Transfer purée to kCook bowl
  18. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
