Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add apple, caster sugar and water to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 104°C, speed 1
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 10
  8. Transfer purée to medium bowl then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add caster sugar, egg yolk and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Whisk with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  15. Whisk with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
  16. Then add milk and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 90°C, speed 4
  18. Transfer purée to kCook bowl
  19. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  20. Transfer mixture to bowl then set aside
  21. Clean kCook bowl
  22. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  23. Add plum, pear and water to the kCook bowl
  24. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  25. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  26. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 104°C, speed 4
  27. Then add blackberries to the kCook bowl
  28. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 104°C, speed 4
  29. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  30. Place puff pastry on a clean lightly floured surface
  31. Roll out into a circle until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  32. Transfer pastry to baking tray
  33. Transfer content of bowl to pastry
  34. Transfer content of kCook bowl to pastry
  35. Fold the edges over
  36. Brush with egg
  37. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  38. Bake - 35 min, 200°C
  39. Remove and let cool
  40. Serve
