  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until dough forms - 8 min, Speed 2
  9. Transfer dough to bowl
  10. Cover with kitchen towel
  11. Prove - 1 hr
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Roll out until 1" thick
  14. Cut into rounds
  15. Transfer muffins to baking tray
  16. Dust with semolina
  17. Cover with kitchen towel
  18. Prove - 30 min
  19. Heat a clean frying pan - low heat
  20. Transfer muffins to frying pan
  21. Cook then turn over - 6 min
  22. Cook until golden brown - 6 min
  23. Serve
