Step preview

  4. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 45°C, Speed 4
  5. Transfer mixture to medium bowl
  6. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  7. Attach the Whisk
  8. Transfer mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed Max
  10. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 10 min, Speed 3
  11. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  12. Add all purpose flour and corn flour to the medium bowl
  13. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  14. Transfer flour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  16. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl while machine is running
  17. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to cake tin
  18. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  19. Bake - 20 min, 160°C
  20. Switch off the heat and open the oven door
  21. Let cool - 3 min
  22. Remove from oven and let cool
