  2. Add stewing steak, onion, carrot, red bell pepper, sweet potato, garlic clove, beef stock, canned chopped tomatoes, paprika, bay leaves and baby potato to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  5. Season to taste

  7. Add cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl
  8. Stir until combined
  9. Transfer cornflour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 15 min, 102°C, Stir 3
  11. Ladle stew into 4 large serving bowls
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley
  13. Serve
