Step preview

  1. Grease a clean tart tin
  2. Add shortcrust pastry to a clean lightly floured surface
  3. Spread into a circle
  4. Transfer dough to tart tin carefully
  5. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add lemon juice, butter, corn flour, egg, egg yolk and sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted until smooth - 3 min, 30°C, speed 7
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to tart tin
  11. Level
  12. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  13. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  14. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  15. Bake - 20 min, 160°C
  16. Garnish with lemon zest
  17. Serve
